DS-106 is an organic polycarboxilicacid, which can be neutralised with amine or hydroxides to from water-soluble corrosion inhibitors. Average composition 50% Active material, 50% water

Storage

DS-106 may be stored indoors between 25±10℃

in sealed original package for a minimum of 6 months

Application

1.Metal working rust inhibition

·W1 type (Emulsion) 1~5%

·W2 type (Soluble) 1~10%

2.Water Soluble Corrosion inhibition (1~7 days in door)

·Substitution of Sodium nitrite(5~10%)

·Corrosion inhibition on hydraulic test(5~20%)

·A shot period corrosion inhibition of machine parts(5~20%)

3.Anti-freezing solution (Water-Glycol type) additive

·corrosion inhibition(0.1~0.3%)

4.A short peiod corrosion inhibition of machine parts(5~20%)
